FESS Services
FESS currently provides management and marketing consulting; import/export and customs advice/assistance; office siting renovation/remodeling and setup; information technology (IT) and administration support; security services; interpreter and translation services; and transportation in support of US Foreign Military Sales to Taiwan.

- Cyber Security Diverse, and dispersed Data Networks that meet or exceed DFAR 252.204-7012 and NIST SP 800-171 standards for cyber security Avaya VoIP telephone and Microsoft Office 365 for TLS- Encrypted email Global Video Teleconferencing Networks Communication links secured by 3 DES encrypted site-to-site VPNs U.S. Based Network Operations Center utilizing 365/24/7 proactive security tools All IT support personnel are U.S. based, U.S. citizens, deployed as needed.
- Lease car(s) and Driver-Coordinator(s) capable of supporting daily In-Country needs of the In-Country Program Manager, Program Management office and PM visits.
- Security services – home, office, individual.
- Housing and living assistance (utilities, dependent care and schooling, etc.) for SAMD personnel.
- Monitoring and reporting on Taiwan political and budgetary matters that may impact USG foreign military sales.
- Logistical, administrative and translation/interpreter support of conferences/PMRs, in Taiwan, U.S., or other world-wide locations.
- In-country program cost accounting/tracking.
- Taiwan tax support.
- FESS has planned, arranged, coordinated and supported major PMRs and Conferences in San Francisco, CA, San Diego, CA, Honolulu, HI (twice), Tysons Corner, VA, Taipei, Taiwan (5 times), over the past 5 years.FESS works to: Define PMR/conference requirements – location, date(s), size, layout, number of attendees, IT and visual aids, and other needs. Tentative venues identified via internet searches and telecons. Advance, 2-day, scouting trip made to tour candidate venues, meet with hotel event managers, obtain tentative cost estimates, take photos, identify candidate restaurants for dinner(s) and evening/weekend attractions and identify briefing book printer. Prepare and provide a briefing on: Suitable PMR/Conference venue alternatives with mapped locations, photos and pros and cons of each. Suitable event dinner restaurants with mapped locations, photos and pros and cons of each. Area attractions and things to do in free time. Obtain SAMD/customer preference for meeting venue. Negotiate and contractually lock up meeting venue and all required support Incorporate last minute changes, and print briefing books at PMR/conference location. Provide support throughout the PMR/Conference.
- All in-country FESS personnel are trilingual (English, Mandarin and Taiwanese). Vetted and licensed (by the State Department) to handle unclassified technical defense data and information.
- Liaison in Huntsville, AL (backup Nashua, NH) to Respond to SAMD queries and taskings Interface with AMCOM Contracts as required.
- Hq in Nashua NH responsible for proposal preparation, presentation, contracts interface, and cost accounting Additional support (e.g., PMR support) when tasked.
- FESS Overhead and G&A expenses competitive with other AMCOM support contractors, support of US Foreign Military Sales to Taiwan
- Oral and written translation and interpreter support of in-country program meetings.
