- Hq in Nashua NH responsible for proposal preparation, presentation, contracts interface, and cost accounting
- Additional support (e.g., PMR support) when tasked
- Vetted and licensed (by the State Department) to handle unclassified technical defense data and information
- All in-country FESS personnel are trilingual (English, Mandarin and Taiwanese)
- FESS Overhead and G&A expenses competitive with other defence support contractors
